PURSUITCORE is a survival ASYM game based on the 2000s-2010s internet created by TamaCorp owned by ClayDoggy on Roblox it has 4 terminators (killers) and 7 users (survivors).
It also has 2 upcoming terminators and 1 upcoming user, the terminators being Captain Limewire (based off the old pirating software for music called limewire) and Jack Noir (i dont now what its exactly based on but it is based on something home stuck related, home stuck being a very old webcomic), and the new user being Tac9 (basically based off nyancat but reverse).
An ASYM is usually when theres two sides and they have different objectives and each side has an unequal amount of players, in PURSUITCORE this takes the form of there being one terminator and seven users on either side of play max. This can seem unbalanced but the terminator is much faster than the users and is much stronger making team work very important since taking on a terminator alone usually gets you killed very easily.
The users main goal is to escape through a portal that spawns (the portals are called hyperlinks) these portals normally spawn in at 40 seconds left in the round but, there is a side objective for the survivors that can increase the time it opens at called hyperlink generators, when all fuel in the map is deposited into either of the two hyperlink generators on a map the portal will spawn at 90 seconds left instead of 40. One last thing each user has two lives the first time you die you are downed with a chance to be revived but if 30 seconds pass you fully die but, if you are revived and die again you also fully die. But there is one last thing users can do after death.
Users after death can become zombies! Some users as zombies get unique abilities, others seem to just have a basic swing but have extra speed. Zombies cant kill users infact they cant deal real damage to them they have temporary damage but if the zombies group up it can make users easy pickings for terminators, since temporary damage does kill if a terminator hits the user and the users health is brought below the amount of temporary damage they have. Temporary damage does slowly heal though so zombies have to keep renewing it if they wanna keep value, also if the terminator never attacks the user with temporary damage it basically has no value so its important that zombies stick by their terminator. Last thing to talk about, zombies dont get stunned instead they die for a few seconds before getting put into a respawn mode while also halving the move used to kill the zombie`s cooldown, in respawn mode the zombies have to choose a spot that isnt too close to a user and also isnt in line of sight of one to respawn.
The terminators main goal is to kill every user before they can escape. Each terminator has unique abilities and play styles, for example one of the two starter terminators, PartyPwny is a very bruiser type terminator they have abilities that can catch users off guard if they dont pay attention and those abilities can either let PartyPwny deal tons of damage, close the distance, or both! One last thing before i close this section, if a user is either killed or downed by a terminator it adds 15 seconds to the round, this further encourages teamwork since not only will you lose a team member which makes it easier to take out other members of the team, youll also have to survive longer before the exit opens up!
When one user is left alive last man standing starts putting the rounds clock on 3 minutes and heals the user by 65 including over base max health, also all users have unique last man standing theme! Most users get a last man standing buff too.
Now that you know the basics of the game, i feel like introducing some of the characters should be in order! (ill only be introducing starter characters in this section)

Dante is a lolcat and is part of the starter trio of lolcats i will be covering in this section, aside from being a lolcat he is also a sentinel using his HEROSBLADE to slash and bash at terminators! He has two abilities both being stuns both stuns allowing him to be quite agile with his movement.
Dante gets double stun time on any stun he inflicts
A fairly simple stun, it makes dante swing forward giving him invincibility for 2 seconds and if the stun hits it stuns for 1 second.
Wingbeat is more difficult to hit than quick swing but stuns longer and also allows for unique mobility. Wing beat is a jump the trajectory is determined by where you look with your camera, if you jump onto a terminator and hit them they get 1.5 seconds of stun and wingbeat`s cooldown is reduced by 10 seconds, also due to being able to change the trajectory you can use wingbeat as a jump and make it up to ledges that will take the terminator a long time to reach. Wingbeat also can be used to jump off a terminator if you hit them on the head though its hard gain distance with the bounce as its very situational.
Dante is a strong sentinel and has good mobility making him be able to hold his own slightly more than others, and his last man standing buff makes him really hard to kill if you dont have zombies to hide behind and his mobility with wingbeat can be horrid to go against depending on the map, and his simplicity makes it very easy to learn for most beginners.

Mikaela is a lolcat based on MLG memes from back in the day and is a backliner sentinel using her sniper to shoot and stun from a distance, she has 3 abilities to help from a distance and to attempt to escape chases.
When using the ability you enter a stance that forces you to walk but readies your sniper, the sniper has infinite range and is chargeable having 3 states.
UNCHARGED:Stuns for 0.5 seconds.
CHARGED:Takes two seconds of charging to enter this state, and stuns for 1.5 seconds.
OVERCHARGED:It takes 6 seconds of charging to enter this state, and it stuns for 2.5 seconds.
Mikaela throws a smokebomb down and becomes nigh invisible for 3 seconds though makes you slower. (note that its not full invisibility if the terminator has good eyes they will catch you if you dont use it right), this makes it very good for throwing off the terminator and is very mind gamey since if the killer guesses where you went incorrectly you can make tons of free distance.
Mikaela pulls out of can of soda and takes a sip from it causing your sniper to become CHARGED for the duration, but prevents you from OVERCHARGING your sniper for the duration.
I think that Mikaela is one of the best sentinels in the game but they are not great at fighting for themselves, their smokebomb is great for getting out of sticky situations and their sniper lets them stay outside of any danger. All in all i think they are a great starter character.

Nyan is a lolcat based on one of the most popular memes ever NYANCAT! Nyan is a strong support with a bit of mobility mixed in, she has two abilities to heal team mates and run from the terminator!
Nyans tartshare becomes a 5 second speed boost.
Tartshare is a support ability that when used Nyan eats a poptart creating a rainbow aura around her, when some one gets in the aura they are linked to nyan and she cant heal anyone else in the aura until that person leaves and also Nyan and the one being healed gain a speed boost. This heals up to 25 hp per person per ability use.
Nyan does a basic slide forward that lasts one second giving a ton of free distance.
Nyan is a amazing support and great for new players, also with her last man standing buff she becomes one of the best users in chase due to being hard to catch at all.

PartyPwny is a pwny/pasta she wields a chainsaw to kill what ever user she might come across. She has good combo potential and high speed though she doesnt have any way to attack anyone from a distance.
This is partypwnys m1 when used she swings her chainsaw forward, it has a low cooldown of 1.6 seconds and if it hits it deals 35 damage.
She kicks forward knocking down the user thats hit, This is used to stun a user and combo into another ability since it only does 10 damage by itself.
This is a simple radar ability. PartyPwny becomes partially blind but highlights all users in bright pink.
This is a fast charge, when hit you deal 10 damage but if you slam the user you hit into a wall you deal 30 more damage!
A powerful terminator if used correctly, her combos are fun and satisfying to pull off but due to her limited range she can be countered by users like Mikaela due to her ramge.

DotX is a pasta that has extreme speed but is weaker to stuns than normal terminators, They also heavily need to hit normal m1s due to not having many other damage moves.
This is DotXs m1, it has a cooldown of 1.2 seconds and deals 30 damage.
DotX enters a parry stance that slows their speed but when struck they teleport behind their victim and snap their neck dealing 25 damage, though if the parry stance wears off without you landing a parry you become very vulnerable to stuns.
Enter a roll that starts fast but slowly loses speed that only resets if striking a user, the more users you hit the more users that you will have marked and the more damage you do on your final hit that you activate after hitting a marked user.
All users will become highlited and you go invisible and start flying, you can fly around the map but you cant deal any damage in this state and to end the ability you have to use it again, this will teleport you to the floor and put you in one second of endlag.
DotX is one of the easiest terminators to play due their speed even despite their weakness to stuns, their 3rd ability is very easy to hit for damage but since you dont have i frames during it you can be hit during it causing the ability to end early, over all they are strong and in my opinion best for beginners.
PURSUITCORE is a great game on roblox made by ClayDoggy so go play it if you want to! Also PURSUITCORE is one of the main things that got me start pursuing coding websites ive also always had a part of me that wanted to code and ive also always been amazed at the old internet where instead of you going to social media, you basically made it yourself by coding websites. I plan of making a second part to this but not attached to this part of the website since its my first fully done project and i wanna it to look the same and make a seperate section that incorporates more complex code to make it show off information better, also a update came out and every upcoming character that i talked about is now in the game!
